Varanasi: Today was the third and last day of the survey team at Gyanvapi Masjid. Tomorrow i.e. on May 17, the survey team will submit its report to the court.
Today was the last day of the survey going on in Gyanvapi Masjid for the last three days. But, today a news has come out. It is being told that when the survey team was going inside the Gyanvapi mosque. So RP Singh, a member of the survey team, was stopped from going inside the mosque. Meaning today he was not allowed to be a part of the survey team.
RP Singh is accused of leaking the news of Gyanvapi Masjid survey outside. Please tell that strict instructions have been given by the court regarding confidentiality. RP Singh has been accused of non-compliance.
Where was the survey conducted in Gyanvapi Masjid?
According to reports, today the survey team conducted a survey in the area on the river side. Videography was done by putting a water resistant camera in the well. Prior to this, survey was done in the basement, apart from the place of prayer, side wall, on Sunday i.e. on Sunday.
After the second day of the survey, the Hindu side had claimed that whatever was found in the survey is in our favor. Hindu side's lawyer Harishankar Jain said that after the survey, our claim has become even stronger and stronger.

The Varanasi court had given a big decision on 12 May regarding the Gyanvapi Masjid. The court had constituted a survey team of Gyanvapi Masjid. The court had refused to remove Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra. However, apart from Court Commissioner Ajay Mishra, the court has also appointed Vishal Kumar Singh as Court Commissioner. Apart from this, Ajay Singh has also been made Assistant Commissioner. On May 12, the court had also asked the survey team to complete the survey process by May 17 and file the report in the court.
